James and I took a walk this morning to the zoo. It was a beautiful day and because we were there early it was not too crowded. Our first stop was the chimpanzees, James laughed at them.
He enjoyed playing in the water fountian.

You can barely see him, but there is a cheetah in this picture. He likes to hide, almost every time we are at the zoo with Jon we are not able to see the cheetah, so this picture is for him.
"Mom, what did you park me next to!!"
"What are those down there?"
Mama elephant, baby wasn't out yet. Maybe next time we will get to see the baby.
Some ducks for Uncle David and Cousin Jacob, although I don't think you can hunt these.
James' favorite stop, the construction site. They are building an under water tunnel where you can watch the seals swim. We won't be here for the opening, but we are excited to visit.
In case you are wondering, James is not drinking kool-aid. I had a mom make a sarcastic comment on his "healthy breakfast", it is watered down V8, and he had yogurt for breakfast. He was also munching on Kix while we were at the zoo.

James drinks V-8?! Impressive! Uncle Jonathan got sick on that stuff as a kid.
Looks like a fun trip to the zoo!
Well, it is V-8 Splash the berry blend. I have not tried regular V-8 with him.
