We are going to welcome another little boy into our family!! We are very excited and James is thrilled to have another brother, Michael is just excited to have a baby. James did want a sister but recently he decided that girls are icky and so he was pleased to find out that I am still the only girl he has to live with.
We announced the gender of our little one with cupcakes that I made. We had our ultra sound on Monday and we kept it a secret until my Women's Bible study on Tuesday. Everyone was so excited to get cupcakes(of course), and they were even more excited about the surprise inside.
We have been going through the Bible and thinking about names, when we do decide we will keep that a secret until our little man is born.
Here are his very first pictures, it is always exciting to see how amazing God is and what He can do.
I know this is a rated R picture, but in case anyone is doubting that he is a boy I thought I would put up some proof. If you need help seeing this, his legs are spread apart and his bottom is on the left and he is facing the right.
Here is a belly shot, I have not gained that much weight with this baby. Probably because I have been chasing the boys around the house playing tag and hide-n-seek. I also rarely have the chance to sit down. Recently I have resigned as the kindergarten Sunday school teacher and I have stopped playing tag with the boys. My belly is getting big enough that those things have become harder for me to do. I am still the LWML co-president, and that job has kept me busy at church. In May I will step down and take a break until September. The baby is very active and doing great. He has a strong heartbeat at every appointment and he likes to keep me awake at night by kicking me. He isn't big enough yet for Jon or the boys to feel his kicks, but he will be soon enough. We are so excited about this little guy that God has blessed us with and we can't wait to meet him.
