We celebrated James's baptismal birthday tonight. It really is tomorrow, but Mike and Katrina are going to take the boys so that we could go out tomorrow night. I can't pass up free babysitting to go out with Jon, so we celebrated early.
We asked James what it meant to be baptized, he said "it washes the sins off of my body"and "Jesus died on a cross for my sins". I am happy that he understands what his baptism means and the importance of it.
We bought James a Roald Dahl chapter book collection. He was one of my favorite authors that I loved to read and I am very excited to start reading chapter books to James.
Michael wanted to say cheese too.
It was Lutheran Schools Week and today was pajama day, so the boys were happy to be in Star Wars pajamas all day today.
