Michael's First Birthday

Michael's birthday started out in Star Wars pajamas and the arrival of Aunt Jeanie.  He was also given his very own (non-working) remote control.
Before Dad could go to work, there was a tea party hosted by James.
We then took a walk to 2 parks to play.

The first park they were able to play and slide (with Aunt Jeanie).  We then headed to the second park and we saw 5 John Deere lawn mowers.  When we arrived at the park we were greeted by screams of middle school kids running towards us.  It was the last week of school and they were on a field trip to the park, so we stayed at that one for a full minute and then decided to walk to church to get Dad for lunch.
Michael is now in a convertible car seat, which he loves because there is more leg room.
He also knows how old he his and when asked he will show you (he is demonstrating on his two adorable fingers).
Followed by a nice dinner, he even gets to use the special red plate.
Following dinner we had birthday trifle with a candle.

 It was very good!!
 Time for a bath!!
