8 Months

Michael is growing so fast.  He is always interested in everything, and I am seeing the beginning of a trouble maker.  He likes to take toys that James is playing with and hold on to them.  He also attempts to pull down the toy box to dump it out, but he is not strong enough yet to succeed.  He loves electronics and he laughs any time he gets a hold of one.  He still is happy and smiling 90% of the time and he is always willing to laugh.  He still does not like to nap and yes he most definitely does need to.  Even though he isn't bad he starts to get fussy when he doesn't nap.
Michael is starting to move around, he isn't crawling yet but he is scooting and rolling.  If he wants something he will find a way to get it.  James has also learned not to put things within reach of him because then he will have to share.  We have taught James that he has to trade for things so he will usually throw something at Michael and then grab what he wants away from him.  So we still have some work to do but it is a start.  Overall, we are still loving the adventure of having 2 boys.

The sharing bit reminds me so much of when Benny and Paul were that age! It was a sad day for Benjamin when he realized he could no longer keep things out of Paul's reach. Then, several months or maybe a year later, he realized Paul was fun to play with! Your day will come, too!
