There is no such thing as too many parks, so after we arrived home we had to check out the local parks. We took them to Sherlock Park (our favorite), and after that we went to Cabelas :).

James and Paul seem to have figured out how to work those diggers.
Playing follow the leader, Hamm (Paul) led Woody (Jonathan) down the slide. Fortunately Woody didn't get stuck. Buzz (Benjamin) was already off onto another obstacle. The names are from Toy Story.

Another park we went to was the splash park. James was a lot more brave this time and he was a lot more excited to get wet.
These buckets fill up with water, and when they get full they tip over. Benjamin was standing there waiting for the bucket to tip and Jon being the nice uncle that he is tipped the bucket early so that Benjamin didn't have to wait so long.
There is a little play ground next to the splash park and James went over there to dry off a little. It was his turn to play follow the leader with Jon, and surprisingly Jon did not get stuck in the slide.
There are these two giant sprayers, James grabbed a hold of one and was having a water battle with Jon.
James then teamed up with Jon to battle Benjamin.
Then Benjamin battled with his Dad.
We will say the kids won each time :)
