Everyone traveled North to stay at Shepherds Hill Camp. It is located 15 miles from Canada. There are several posts following this one about our week up north. We had a wonderful time up there and I hope that you enjoy looking at the pictures.
A group shot, one with Grandpa and one with Grandma.
James and Bella playing with cars on Grandpa and Grandma's bed.
This time a group shot with everyone on it.
On Sunday we had a church service led by Jonathan and Jon.
Jonathan had a work out throwing the boys into the air.
James was watching a spider very closely.
We had a little campfire, and what is a campfire without smores? Paul and James were really interested in the roasting part. They were also very excited to try them when the marshmallow was done. I don't know if it was Paul's first smore, but it was James' first one and he loved it.
While everyone else had the marshmallows and chocolate, Bo had just the graham cracker. Don't worry he did not mind one bit.
James' face after he finished his smore.
Jonathan and Benjamin went to the rec room to play ping pong while the younger kids were napping. After most of the kids were awake the decision was made to surprise attack the two of them on their way back from the cabin.
Jonathan used James as a shield, don't worry James teamed up with Jon and got him back.
Bo was really interested in Michael.
There were a few parachutes at the camp office, we borrowed a few to play with at the park. Everyone seemed to have fun with them.
There was a talent show, each family had to perform something. Jonathan, Becky and the boys sang "For All The Saints", Ryan, Rachel and Bo did a skit and then later Rachel and Bella sang a song. Jon, James and I sang "Zacchaeus", and Mel and Barb sang "Take Me Out to the Ball Game".
After Bella and James were done performing they went up to the loft to watch the show.
We really enjoyed the week with family and we hope to do it again soon.
