It was spring break week in Waterloo so all of the children's places reduced their rates to $1 for the week. So we decided to take them to the children's museum. It was a pretty busy place, but I think everyone had a good time.
Building something with Aunt Becky, Benjamin and Paul.
After a minute of building James was bored so we moved on to the mini golf course in another room. This was my favorite part because each hole was themed around a famous work of art. This was the favorite room of Benjamin and Paul, who love to golf. They played all nine holes and I believe they both did rather well. Bella tried it out, but I think she was more like James and found interest in a few holes instead of the whole course.
My favorite hole was "Water Lillies" by Monet, this was also one of James' favorite but for a different reason.
It was because he could go down the bridge like a slide.
His favorite hole was "The Scream" by Edvard Munch. When ever a ball went into the mouth (which was the hole) it would scream and James thought it was funny.
After a round of 2 hole golf, we went downstairs and James found a tractor the he could drive, this was very exciting!
He also learned how to garden, which will come in handy this spring and fall.
James and Benjamin drove the bus while Paul sat in the back seat.
Bella's turn to drive.
Paul went fishing with Becky.
James really enjoyed playing in the cave, you can't tell because of my flash, but the flashlight really worked. He had fun drawing on the walls with chalk and shining the light around the cave.
