4 Months

 Michael is now 4 months old.  He is awake more often (whether or not he wants to be because James does not like him to be asleep), and he is playing with  more things.  He loves the animal blankets the most, I wasn't sure how to describe them so I added a picture of his favorite one.  He is a very happy little guy and he laughs often.  He is very easy going and no longer jumps when James is making a lot of noise, which is almost the entire time James is awake.  He is rolling over (I have not captured that on video yet, he seems to know when I have the camera and he refuses to perform for me), and he loves to stand.  He can sit in his bumbo or with a pillow propped behind him.

Michael still gets very excited every time he hears or sees James, and James still loves his brother very much.

A little update on James, he is growing so much.  He likes to try and bargain with me, for instance: we have a a candy bowl that always has mini chocolate candy in it.  James is allowed one piece after lunch and another after dinner.  He wanted two after lunch and I told him no.  He then asked for 3 ,4 or 6 more pieces and Jon told him he started the wrong way and needs to learn how to bargain.  

In this candy bowl are mini Almond Joys, James does not like this candy and he will say not blue.  However one day after he had his one piece of candy he asked for more and I told him no, so then he said "blue one?"  like Mom I will even eat a blue one if it means I get chocolate.  I laughed and told him no and so he went back to playing.

He also loves to sing, and if he really wants something and I tell him no he will sing to me and ask me in song hoping that I will give in that way.  So in turn I tell him no in song but I also let him know that it was a good song and a good effort.
