Baseball Game

Immanuel and Calvary Lutheran church played a soft ball game against each other.  We did not win the game but we did have a good time.

In the mean time James was checking out the playground.

Jon is playing out field.  Jon made a great catch, James and I were running around and he heard the cheering so he turned to watch.  But he was still running and he went head first into a tree, he did not cry, he said "ow" and then clapped for his Dad.

After he ran into the tree he decided it might be safer to stick close to the playground.  Going down the slide backwards.

We needed a drink break so we headed back to the seats and James found a new friend, Ethan.

Jon is up at bat, he ended up walking.

I wouldn't let James out on the other field, so he went to join the other kids.

James is up at bat, there's the pitch and he misses.

But he still runs the bases and runs home.

However, third base was taken so he decided to stop at the pitchers mound and throw some dirt.  Dirt will have to do since the ball was in use.  He is just practicing for Cousin Jacob.

Instead he decides to pitch, he didn't throw it far enough for Jordan to hit it, but we will work on it.
