James went on his first airplane ride to El Paso, Texas. We flew down for the funeral of Sarah's Grandfather, Jesus Jose Ruiz. We enjoyed introducing him to many of Sarah's 34 cousins, and visiting with all of her aunts and uncles that came for the funeral. We were spoiled by all of the great authentic mexican food and James was spoiled by all of the people. He really enjoyed being held by several members of the Ruiz family the entire time he was there. He was a little disappointed when we arrived back home and he realized that there were only two sets of arms to hold him and we would not hold him all day long.
James was also able to meet his other Godfather Ben, and his Uncle Joe.
